Digital Products - No Refunds

All sales of digital products from CreateTheSound are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product files have been made available for download.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately and that you waive any right to a refund.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us at contact@createthesound.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to resolve a legitimate technical issue that prevents you from using the product, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
